Onboarding is the job and career fair at Trier University of Applied Sciences. It takes place twice a year - in spring at the Environmental Campus Birkenfeld and in autumn at the Main Campus Schneidershof in Trier.

Trier University of Applied Sciences will provide you with the booked exhibition space (approx. W 3.0 m x D 2.0 m). The equipment also includes a partition wall, a bar table with cover, two bar stools, a wastepaper basket, power connection with multiple socket and WLAN access.

BIRKENFELD You can set up your stand the day before, i.e. Wednesday, 14 May 2025, between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., and on the day of the fair itself from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. After the end of the fair, dismantling can take place from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Our fair team will be happy to help you with the transport of your equipment and with setting up and dismantling your stand.
TRIER You can set up your stand on the day of the fair itself from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. or on the day before the fair, i.e. Monday, 10 November 2025, between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. or Tuesday, 11 November 2025, between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. After the end of the fair, dismantling can take place from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Our fair team will be happy to help you with the transport of your equipment and with setting up and dismantling your stand.
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available to all exhibitors. You will receive the access code on the day of the fair.
Yes, all exhibition packages include full catering for your exhibition staff. During registration on the day of the fair, you will receive your exhibitor passes, which you can use to eat and drink free of charge in the canteen. Our fair team will also provide you with snacks and drinks. In the Career Lounge you can relax and enjoy a coffee or tea .
No, on both days there will be companies from different sectors, targeting students and graduates from different disciplines. As the lectures will take place as usual, we expect a diverse group of visitors from all departments.
